The view from my room was amazing, and the staff were attentive. Each morning started off right with a good breakfast that fueled my adventures.
Unfortunately , the noise from passing trains was quite disruptive throughout the night.

Honestly no complains at all. Exceptionally nice breakfast, world class views, unbeatable location near the train station and Machu Picchu Bus Stop, and most of the restaurant in the town. Modest rooms, amicable employees with manager about that. Exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite TV, central heating and an individual safe.

Staff provided really good service, keeping our luggage safe while we explored. Breakfast was a delight, with numerous options, including grilled meat, set in a great location just steps from transport stations. There were issues too. These detracted somewhat from the overall experience.

The room was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains, and we had such a relaxing soak in the spa’s hot tub after a long day. It's a great spot to unwind with a massage or some sauna time. Just a heads up, you need to remember to lock the door properly to avoid any surprises! 😊

Best stay during our trip!
The staff were super nice and helped us out a ton when we were stuck. Elba, the front desk manager, was always updating us, and Julio even helped us get on the train. Plus, the views from the restaurant were awesome, and breakfast was delish! The only thing was, the rooms could've been a bit bigger.
